Are the medications in your list brand-name pills?
Medications we provide on our product list are generic, not brand-name.
What does the term “generic” mean? Do generic medications produce the same effect that brand-name medicines do?
The term “generic” refers to the medication created to be the same as the existing and approved brand-name drug in terms of quality, administration route, dosage, performance characteristics, safety, and strength.
In other words, the only difference between generic and brand-name medications are in appearance (shape, color), name, and price.
Generic medications usually bear the name of the active ingredient, while brand-name counterparts have a specific, usually catchy, name.
Manufacturers of a certain medication can’t possess a patent for a certain compound or substance. For that reason, companies can produce their own versions of certain medications using the same ingredient. That’s why generic medications have the same formulations and effects as brand-name counterparts.
Basically, thanks to generic medications, you get the same results at a lower price. Bear in mind the results come when you adhere to the instructions correctly.
Why are generic medicines so cheap?
Generic medications are cheaper for several reasons. Manufacturers of brand-name drugs spend a lot of financial resources on research, development, advertising/marketing, and obtaining FDA approval. To recover from these enormous costs, those companies increase the prices of their medications. That’s why brand-name drugs are so expensive.
However, companies of generic medications don’t have these expenses. As a result, the prices of their medications are a lot lower. You can get high-quality generic medications at a low price, even though their brand-name counterpart is expensive. And the best of all is that you get the same results.
Your pills do not look like brand-name medication. The pills I have received have a different name printed on them. Why?
While a manufacturer can’t hold a patent over chemical compounds, the appearance and name of the medication are considered intellectual property. The pills you receive have a different name because they are “generics,” not brand-name medications. These pills have a different design, shape, size, and name, BUT their chemical structure is the same.
Copying the appearance of brand-name medications would be classified as copyright infringement and subjected to potential lawsuits. At the end of the day, the effectiveness of pills doesn’t depend on their color, shape, and size, or name imprinted on the surface; it depends on the chemical structure.
So, receiving pills with a different look or imprinted name is not a mistake, and it doesn’t mean you received the wrong pills. It just means you received the generic drug, which will give you the same results as brand-name counterparts.
How can I be sure of the quality of the pills you offer?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority which is why we are focused on providing top-quality medications. To do so, we provide medicines manufactured in India. The company that manufactures these medications is approved by Indian FDA and licensed by the state.
Medications are produced in a laboratory that follows and adheres to all standards and protocols. You can be confident medications you receive are the best in terms of quality.
It’s useful to know our company is one of the best-known and most reliable of this kind. Customers keep coming back, which speaks volumes about the quality of pills we offer.
What is the shelf life of the pills?
The shelf life of the pills is two years from the date of manufacturing. That means each batch has a different expiration date because the batches are not produced at the same time. You can find the date of expiration on each blister.
How to Order
Should I have a prescription to order from you?
Prescription is necessary for some medications in our pharmacy. More precisely, if the laws of your country (or territory) of residence require prescriptions for certain medications, you will need to provide them.
Don’t worry, though. If the prescription is required for your specific case, our customer service agent will contact you to provide it in order to complete your order. You will be asked to send a valid prescription by fax or scan and email it to [email protected]
What should I do to order from you?
In order to order medications from our pharmacy, you need to do it via our website. Do not send an email or call to place your order. Start by checking out the medications we offer to find the one you need. We pay a lot of attention to details, so the product page will also contain useful info about the medication, its benefits, and what to expect.
Click the “Buy now” button on the product page to start your order. You will also need to select the quantity and then proceed to “Checkout.” Then it’s, pretty much, standard process. Complete the form with details about your address and credit card.
What payment methods do you have?
We accept payments made via credit cards and Bitcoin.
What packages do you use? Will I have to sign for the shipment?
If your parcel is sent by Standard Mail, you will not need to sign anything upon delivery. Since customer privacy and discretion are vital, your medication will arrive in a discrete package. Nobody will be able to determine what’s inside, except you.
Will my order be shipped the same day I purchase?
Orders are shipped within one to two days. Basically, we have products in stock, and they are ready for delivery immediately. But other details are also involved in the whole process. For example, we need to check whether you provided the correct information. Once these details are completed, your order is shipped.
What are the shipping methods? When can I expect the delivery?
Two shipping methods are available:
- Express International mail – can be tracked via tracking number*
- Standard International Airmail – cannot be tracked
*Our company reserves the right to send the order without providing a tracking number. Delivery time remains the same, however. This is only done in some cases when we need to ensure secure and successful delivery of medications to Europe and Canada.
Shipping costs and delivery are presented below.
|Shipping type||Price||Estimated delivery*||Tracking|
|Express International Mail||$30||5-9 business days||YES|
|Standard International Airmail||$10||10-21 days||NO|
*Estimated time of delivery cannot be guaranteed due to several factors that are out of our company’s control. One of these factors is the inspection at customs. We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, and other factors that influence the work of shipping services.
Our company cannot send the order via Express International Mail if you include a mail-forward address, educational facility, or a hotel as your shipping address. Providing the wrong phone number also prevents us from sending the package through Express International Mail.
Standard International Airmail is not available for ordering brand products. Purchasing of those medications is handled via Express International Mail only.
Can my order be delayed at customs?
Yes, it can, but you will be informed if such a thing should happen. Recipients are asked for permission so their agents can check the parcel. You’ll get your package right after. If problems occur, although they are unlikely, make sure to contact us, and we will help you out.
What if the package is damaged or something is missing?
If the package is damaged or something is missing, you should contact our customer support, and we will resolve the problem. You may get a refund, or we will send the package again.
Orders, including more than 90 pills, are sent in several packages. If you place such an order and you get less than 90 pills, you may want to wait to get the remainder (in case the shipping company hasn’t delivered all at once). If you still don’t get the remaining pills, contact our support team.
How much will I have to pay if you reship the product?
You won’t have to pay anything. We will resend the product for FREE.
